CIMB!!

Some updates about my current job.

Been very happy lately that I score a distinction during my 3rd month appraisal and Manager wanted to confirm me by December 2008! but still dependin on HR, anyway....

I am targeting to get my confirmation by March 2009 latest and get promoted to Asst Manager in 2 years time where it usually take 2~3 years to get promoted to that level.

Besides that, Im happy that my Manager have me in charge of 1 project which I would say a pretty huge 1 cause this is reaching out to all CIMBians thru out da country. Glad that she is so supportive and got me involve in another project, thou is not mine =P 

Is good to have top management realizing you... and guess there is where I should head to....

Never felt so good before for having such huge responsibility. Planning with top management, supported by various dept punya vice president... sometimes I wonder are people at the top humble or is just CIMB....

Anyway... next agenda... WORK HARDer!!!
